Instructions
Heat 2tbsp oil in a pan
Fry vermicelli until golden brown, keep it aside
Heat rest of oil in the same pan
Temper mustard in it
Add urad dhal, cashew and fry until golden brown
Add green chili, onion and fry them until transparent
Add rest of vegetables sauté well
Add fried vermicelli, salt, mix well
Add 3cup of water
Mix well and cook for 5min
Serve hot with curd or coconut chutney

Note:
* If you need the upma to be roasted, simmer the flame and allow to roast, be careful do not char it
