Add long cut onion and saute for a min (reserve a few for garnishing)
Add ginger and garlic and fry well until raw smell goes off
Add green chilli and fry
Add rice into it and fry in simmer until rice turns opaque white
Add shahi biriyani masala
Add salt and mix well
Transfer the mix to a pressure cooker
Meanwhile heat remaining ghee
Fry remaining long cut onion in low flame until it turns brown and crispy
Once rice is cooked garnish the fried onion, paneer and cashew
Serve hot

Variation
* You could open cook but be careful not to break the rice while stirring
* Take part of cooked rice and fry with additional 1tbsp of ghee and garnish on top
