Mix maida, wheat flour, ajwain, cumin, black pepper, ghee
Knead into a semi soft dough
Cover with a cloth and rest it for 45min
Make small bals of equal size
Roll them into thin circles [If you can't get into perfect circle, then cut them with a circular cutter into 7~8cm circle]
Prick over with a fork
Heat oil in a pan
Deep fry al the pakwans until crisp and golden brown
Drain the oil using kitchen tissues
Server hot along with Sindhi Dhal
