Instructions
Heat oil in a pan
Add mustard and allow it to splutter
Add channa dhal, urad dhal and fry them until golden brown
Add curry leaves and fry them until crispy
Add turmeric powder, asafoetida and fry a little
Add snake gourd and mix well
Add little water and cook closed in low heat until snake gourd turns tender
Add red chili powder, garam masala, salt and mix well
Cook for additional 5min
Add coconut and mix well
Serve hot with rice
