Instructions
Heat oil in a pan
Fry onions and garlic till onion becomes light
Add tomato puree, tomato, vinegar, chili powder, chopped capsicum, pepper powder and salt one by one and fry for 5 minutes
Add the boiled potatoes and mix well
Garnish with parsley
