Heat ghee in a pan
Add mustard, allow it to splutter
Add cumin, channa dhal, fry until golden brown
Add garlic, sauté well
Add onion, sauté well
Add green chili, cinnamon, cardamom, clove, sesame, peanuts, red chili, curry leaves, fry a little
Add carrot and sauté well
Add cooked rice, mix well
Garnish with coriander leaves
