Instructions
Mix all-purpose flour, yogurt, spinach, capsicum, onion, egg, little coriander leaves, salt, mix well
Finally, add baking soda, baking powder, mix well
Grease muffin base with olive oil
Fill in muffin base up to ¾ᵗʰ level
Sprinkle a little cheese over the muffins
Pre-heat oven to 180°C
Bake it for 25~30min
Allow it rest for 5min
Garnish with remaining coriander leaves, cut cherry tomatoes
Notes
Serve hot with ketchup or hot sauce
