Red Chili powder / மிளகாய்த் தூள்

Coriander powder / மல்லித் தூள்

Instructions
Steam the cut sweet potato until soft
Mix red chili powder, coriander powder, jeera powder, half of the oil
Coat the masala mix well over sweet potato
Rest it for about 10min
Heat rest of oil in a pan
Add mustard, allow it to crackle
Add curry leaves, asafoetida fry a little
Add rested sweet potato, fry well carefully without breaking the sweet potato
Notes
Serve hot along rice - I like to it eat this along with curd rice - best combo
