Heat oil in a pan
Add onion, garlic green chili and sauté them
Add rice, paneer, cream and mix well
Cut the capsicum on the top to make it a cup like structure, keep the top cap and de-seed them
Put in salted boiling water for 3~4 minutes and remove
Fill with the stuffing
Cover with the cooking cheese and bake in a hot oven at 175°C (350°F) for 10~15min minutes
Serve hot
