Instructions
Wash and pat dry tindora
Cut vertically into four, leaving the top portion intact
Mix turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala powder, amchur, dry coconut, salt
Stuff the dry masala mix into the cut tindora
Heat oil in a pan
Add cumin and allow it to splutter
Simmer the flame
Add the stuffed tindora
Sprinkle left over masala over it
Add 4~5 tbsp of water, close the pan with a lid and cook until tindora is tender
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves
Serve hot
