Instructions
Heat oil in a pan
Crackle cumin
Add cut pumpkin, salt, sugar, mix well
Close and simmer until pumpkins are softened, do not add water as far as possible, pumpkin must cook from its own water content
Add amchur, cumin, pepper powder, mix well
Garnish with coriander
Notes
Serve hot along with roti
