Instructions
Grind coconut, garlic, green chili, cumin
Heat oil in a pan
Add mustard and allow it to splutter
Add onion and sauté until transparent
Add tomato and sauté until mushy
Add turmeric, asafoetida, mix well
Add sweet pumpkin, salt, mix well
Add 1cup water
Lower the flame and cook closed for 10min or until sweet pumpkin turns tender
Mix the ground masala, garam masala, jaggery and cook for additional 5min
Garnish with curry leaves, coriander leaves
Notes
Serve hot along with roti or rice
