Grind all ingredients for green curry paste along with soya sauce and little water
Boil/steam all vegetables for curry an keep aside, do not overcook the vegetables
Heat oil in a pan
Add the ground paste and sauté well for 2~3min
Add half of coconut milk and add little water and mix with the paste
Add vegetable broth, cooked vegetables, mix well and allow it boil then simmer for about 10min
Add remaining coconut milk and cook for additional 5min
Garnish with lime leaves and thai basil
Serve hot with any rice item
