Instructions
Soak tapioca for at least 5hrs, drain water and dry it such that there is no moisture in it
Mix all the ingredients and make into a thick dough such that you can make a ball out of it, use oil/water if the dough is brittle
Divide the dough into 8equal portions and make it a ball
Over a smooth surface pat the ball to make a thin patties [use oil and/or water to grease]
Heat a tawa in medium flame and toast the patties both sides until they are golden brown [pour oil along side, such that the patties will roast]
Serve hot with curd
