Instructions
Soak thinai rice and dhal together for two to three hours
Add chopped onions, red chilles, aniseeds ,curry leaves, asafoetida to mixer and grind little coarsely
Grind the dhal mixture separately
Add salt and mix above well
The consistency should be neither thick nor loose
Heat a dosa pan pour the adai batter add little oil and cook on both sides
Serve with suitable side-dish
