Fenugreek seed / வெந்தயம்

Instructions
Soak foxtail millet (thinai) and urad dhal with fenugreek in water separately for 6+hours
Grind urad dhal, fenugreek mixture into a fine batter, keep asode
Grind foxtail millet into a fine batter
Mix it with urad dhal batter
Allow the batter to ferment for 6+hours
Pour the idli batter into idli plates
Steam it for 5~6min in high flame and another 3~5min in low flame
Serve hot with Idli Milagai Podi and/or chutneys and/or sambar
