Wash and cut all the vegetables and cut into 1inch pieces
Cook all vegetables together except drumstick, just use enough water the gravy should neither too dry nor too liquid
Cook drumstick separately, as this will break and lose its structure if cooked with other vegetables
Mean while grind coconut and green chilli in to fine paste
Once all vegetables are cooked add the coconut, green chili paste, turmeric powder, salt
Mix well and cook for 3~5min
Heat oil in a pan
Temper mustard, urad dhal, curry leaves
Pour that into the gravy
Serve hot with Thiruvathira Kali
