Heat oil in a pan
Temper mustard in it and add asafoetida and mix well
Add tindora little by little and sauté well
Add all ingredients, mix well and cook closed until tender in low flame, do not add water the water from the closed lid is enough
Stir every now and then
Once tindora is cooked open the lid and allow it to fry a little
Serve hot with any rice item
