Dry roast coriander seed, clove, black pepper, red chili, and grind, keep aside
Grind ginger, garlic, green chili into a fine paste, keep aside
Heat oil in a pan
Temper cumin seeds and allow it to splutter
Add ginger, garlic, green chili paste and fry till raw smell goes
Add tindora and sauté for 2~3min
Add the ground powder, salt and mix well
Add rice and mix well and pressure cook it with sufficient water
Serve hot
