Instructions
Heat oil in a pan
Temper mustard in it
Add green chili, curry leaves and fry well
Add onion and sauté well until raw smell vanishes
Add garlic and ginger sauté well until golden brown
Add turmeric powder, asafoetida, sambar powder and mix well
Add tomato and sauté well until mushy
Add cooked rice and mix well and cook in low flame for 2~3min
Garnish with coriander leaves, roasted cashew nuts
Serve hot with potato fry curry
