Pressure cook tomato, onion, carrot, ginger, beetroot, green chili, garlic with enough water
Grind them well in a mixer (you may exclude beetroot if not required)
Filter it so that any coarse pieces shall be filtered
If the piece are more add little water and grind again and filter again
Add salt, sugar to the soup and allow it to boil in low flame
Switch off flame once boils
Serve hot by garnishing bread crumbs, black pepper powder
Notes
Variation* You may add little bit of thick cream if you want the soup to be a tomato cream soup* You may add one more Green Chili if you require the soup to be little more spicy
