Dry Roast channa dhal for 2~3min
Soak it for 2~3hours
Grind it into fine paste with out adding water
Steam it for about 10min by flattening it as much as possible
Allow it to cool and crumble it up
Add coconut to it and mix well
Heat ghee in a pan
Roast cashew nut, raisins until golden brown, keep aside
Dissolve jaggery in little water in a pan
Heat it over low flame, stir continuously until it gets one string consistency
Add the channa dhal mix little by little and stir well for about 10min until it gets to crumbled consistency
Add cardamom powder and mix well
Add hot ghee little by little
Add roasted cashew nuts and mix well
