Instructions
Sprinkle salt over boiled potatoes
Add red chili powder, turmeric powder, oil and mix well
Marinate for about 15min
Add besan, rice flour, corn flour and mix well
Heat oil in a pan for frying
Dump the potatoes carefully and fry them in low heat until golden brown
Remove potatoes from oil and keep aside
Fry fresh curry leaves and garnish over potatoes
Notes
Serve along with any rice variety
