Vaangi Baath Masala
Instructions
Heat oil in a pan
Temper mustard in it
Add red chili, channa dhal and fry it
Add vaangi baath masala and fry it
Add eggplant and sauté it well until it is cooked
Add salt and mix well
Add cooked rice, mix well and cook for 2~3min
Serve hot with fried vadam

Variation
Use green bell pepper in lieu of eggplant
Use cashew nut in lieu of groundnut
