Instructions
Heat oil in a pan
Temper and fry mustard, fenugreek, curry leaves in it
Add red chili, asafoetida, turmeric powder, sambar powder, red chili powder, garlic, drumstick and sauté well
Once well cooked add salt and tamarind extract and bring it to boil
Switch off the flame and garnish with coriander leaves
Serve hot with rice
