Instructions
Steam raw banana for 10~15min in cooker
Grind coconut, red chili into a coarse powder
Peel off the skin, grate it finely
Heat oil in a pan
Add mustard, allow it to splutter
Add channa dhal, urad dhal, cashew, fry until golden
Add curry leaves, asafoetida, fry a little
Add grated banana, salt, mix well
Close cook for 5min
Squeeze lemon over, mix well
Garnish with coriander leaves
Notes
Serve hot with any rice item
