Instructions
Mix potato, carrot, broccoli, green peas, onion, garlic, ginger, green chili, garam masala, turmeric powder, amchur, coriander leaves, curry leaves, salt, besan, asafoetida and mix well
Add corn flour to adjust the consistency
Divide into 8~10 equal parts
Flatten them into patties
Heat little oil in a tawa
Place these patties over it and cook both sides until golden brown
Notes
Serve hot with tomato ketchup or tomato chutney
