Instructions
Vegetable balls
Mix cabbage, carrot, garlic, ginger, capsicum, green chili along with wheat flour, corn flour, salt to make it a dough consistency
Make about 1inch balls
Heat oil in a pan
Fry the vegetable balls over medium heat until golden brown, keep aside
Add fried vegetable balls just before serving
Garnish with remaining spring onions
Gravy
Mix corn flour, soy sauce without any lumps with about 100ml of water
Heat oil in a pan
Add garlic, ginger, green chili, sauté well
Add onion, sauté well
Pour cornflour mix little by little, mix well without forming lumps
Add salt, cabbage, half of the spring onions, ketchup, chili sauce, vinegar, mix well until the gravy becomes too a thick consistency
Add water to adjust consistency
Notes
Serve hot along with rice item/roti
