Instructions
Heat 2tbsp of coconut oil
Fry cardamom, cinnamon, clove, garlic, ginger well
Add carrot, potato, french beans, green peas, cauliflower, broccoli, mix well
Add salt, little water or thin coconut milk
Close cook in low flame for 20min or until all vegetable are tender
Add rest of coconut milk and bring to a boil
Heat rest of coconut oil in another pan
Notes
Fry curry leaves, garnish over the stew
