Dry roast rice flour a little, keep aside
Dry roast urad dhal until golden brown and grind into a fine powder
Mix rice flour, urad dhal powder, white sesame, dry ginger powder, cardamom powder well
Clean jaggery and dissolve in water
Boil the syrup until it forms a ball consistency
Pour the syrup into the flour mixture and mix well to get such a consistency that it should not have lumps, should form a shape when holding at the same
Make 1inch balls with the above mix
Fry them in oil under medium flame until golden brown
Drain oil and store in an airtight container
Serve along with coffee or tea
