Wash rice, drain and roast the rice while its wet until golden brown
Grind into a coarse powder, sieve it to get even consistency
Mix with turmeric powder, salt and add little water and make it into such a consistency that it should not have lumps, should form a shape when hold the same
Steam the above mix for about 10~15min
Once cooled blend it in a mixer, so that there will not be any lumps
Boil thoor dhal such that it is well cooked but not over cooked
Dissolve jaggery in little water in a pan
Heat it over low flame, stir continuously until it gets one ball consistency
While the syrup is warm enough add coconut, rice flour mix, thoor dhal and mix well
Roast cashew, raisins in ghee
Add ghee, cardamom powder, cashew, raisins, dry ginger powder
