Instructions
Heat little water along with tamarind extract
Add okra, cook until tender
Grind, coconut, green chili, yogurt, cumin
Add to cooked okra
Heat oil in a pan
Add mustard, allow it to splutter
Pour on to koottu, mix well
Notes
Serve hot along with rice
