Yaki Imo (焼芋) is traditionally baked over pebbles in Japanese way, it is called (石焼芋). Sweet potato baked over pebbles tastes very well however I do not have the oven pot that I can use pebbles hence baked in electric oven

adjust according to your taste
Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 180°C
Bake sweet potato for about 60min
Poke it with a pin to check the softness - when the pin goes in smoothly then sweet potato is baked well
Sprinkle salt over it
