Ingredients
  

  • 2 cup Coconut Milk / தேங்காய்ப் பால்
  • 1 cup Rice flour / அசிரி மாவு
  • 400 gm Sugar, White / சர்க்கரை, வெள்ளை
  • cup Water / தண்ணீர்
  • 2 tbsp Moong Dhal / பயத்தம் பருப்பு - fried and ground
  • 10 nos Cashew nut / முந்திரிப் பருப்பு - fried in ghee
  • 2 tbsp Ghee / நெய்
  • 2 nos Cardamom, Green / ஏலக்காய் - powdered

Instructions
 

  • Mix coconut milk, rice flour, sugar, water, moong dhal flour, ghee in a pan
  • Bring to a boil in high flame, stir continuously until the mixture does not stick to the pan
  • Pour the mix into a plate and level it up well, allow it to cool
  • Cut them into piece of desired shapes
  • Serve
