Ingredients
  

  • 2 bunch Basil leaves, Fresh
  • 2 pod Garlic / பூண்டு - peeled
  • ½ tsp Black Pepper / மிளகு - freshly ground
  • 50 gm Pine nuts
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil / ஆலிவ் எண்ணெய்
  • 50 gm Parmesan Cheese - grated
  • 1 nos Potato / உருளைக் கிழங்கு - boiled
  • ½ tsp Salt / உப்பு - adjust to your taste

Instructions
 

  • Grind garlic, basil leave, salt, pine nuts into a coarse paste using a blender
  • Add olive oil, parmesan, cooked potato and blend into little smoother
  • Add pepper and mix well
