Ingredients
  

  • 4 cup Rice, raw / பச்சரிசி
  • 1 cup Urad Dhal / உளுத்தம் பருப்பு - whole
  • 1 tbsp Tapioca
  • 2 tsp Fenugreek seed / வெந்தயம்
  • 1 tsp Salt / உப்பு

Instructions
 

  • Soak rice, tapioca, fenugreek, urad dhal in enough water over night in separate bowls
  • Drain water and grind urad dhal until super smooth
  • Drain water and grind rice, tapioca,fenugreek until smooth
  • Mix urad dhal batter, rice batter well along with salt
  • Ferment it for 8~10hrs
