Rava Ladoo
Ingredients
- 1 cup Wheat Rava
- 1 cup Sugar, White / சர்க்கரை, வெள்ளை
- ½ cup Coconut, Dry Grated
- 4 tbsp Milk / பால்
- 20 gm Cashew nut / முந்திரிப் பருப்பு
- 20 gm Raisin
- 5 tbsp Ghee / நெய்
Instructions
- Heat 1tsp of ghee in a pan
- Roast cashew and raisins and keep aside
- Roast rava in remaining ghee
- Add dry coconut and roast further
- Add roasted cashew nut, raisins
- Add milk and mix well
- Make balls of TT ball size
- Store it in a cool dry place

Note:
* If you need more shelf life, do not add coconut and milk, but add another 2tbsp of ghee
