Ingredients
  

  • 2 cup Japanese Rice - cooked
  • 3 nos Egg / முட்டை
  • 100 gm Carrot / காரெட் - diced
  • 3 tbsp Onion / வெங்காயம் - diced
  • 4 tbsp Spring Onion - chopped
  • 2 tbsp Capsicum, Red - diced
  • 2 tbsp Capsicum, Yellow - diced
  • 4 tbsp Cabbage / முட்டை கோஸ் - chopped
  • 2 tbsp Green Peas, Fresh / பச்சைப் பட்டாணி
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Cooking Wine
  • 2 tsp Salt / உப்பு - adjust according to your taste
  • 2 tsp Black Pepper / மிளகு - powdered
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil / ஆலிவ் எண்ணெய்

Instructions
 

  • Heat little oil in a pan (wok is apt)
  • Add onion, sauté well until edges are fried
  • Add carrot, peas, sauté well until soft
  • Add red capsicum, yellow capsicum, cabbage, sprinkle a little salt, mix
  • Fry for a couple of minutes
  • Keep the fried vegetables aside
  • Heat rest of oil
  • Add egg, allow the white yolk to fry a little without breaking the yellow yolk
  • Add rice, fry it along with the yellow yolk
  • Add soy sauce, cooking wine, mix well
  • Add rest of salt, black pepper, fried vegetables, spring onion, mix well
  • Fry well for 2~3min in high flame
