  • First, make rasam by referring to the method of preparing Paruppu Rasam
  • Then make vadai by referring to the method of preparing Medu Vadai
  • Dip the hot vadai into hot Rasam and allow it to soak
  • Serve hot by garnishing coriander leaves and curry leaves on top of it
