Akki Rotti
Ingredients
- 3 cup Rice flour / அசிரி மாவு
- 3 nos Green Chili, Fresh / பச்சை மிளகாய் - finely chopped
- 2 nos Onion / வெங்காயம் - finely chopped
- 2 tsp Cumin seed / சீரகம்
- 1 bunch Coriander leaves, Fresh / கொத்தமல்லி - chopped
- 1 tsp Salt / உப்பு - adjust to your taste
- 1 pinch Asafoetida / பெருங்காயம்
- ½ cup Oil / எண்ணெய்
Instructions
- Mix rice flour, green chili, onion, cumin, coriander leaves, salt, asafoetida well
- Add water little by little and make a dough, similar to chapatti dough but a little soft
- Divide the dough into equal balls with approximate size of ping pong ball
- Grease oil on a dosa pan
- Take a ball of dough and spread with hand into a thin layer over the greased dosa pan
- Heat the dosa pan in medium flame and close it with a lid
- Cook both sides for about 2~3min
- Cool the dosa pan in running water and repeat the same for all the dough balls
- Serve hot with chutney
