Ingredients
  

  • 3 cup Rice flour / அசிரி மாவு
  • 3 nos Green Chili, Fresh / பச்சை மிளகாய் - finely chopped
  • 2 nos Onion / வெங்காயம் - finely chopped
  • 2 tsp Cumin seed / சீரகம்
  • 1 bunch Coriander leaves, Fresh / கொத்தமல்லி - chopped
  • 1 tsp Salt / உப்பு - adjust to your taste
  • 1 pinch Asafoetida / பெருங்காயம்
  • ½ cup Oil / எண்ணெய்

Instructions
 

  • Mix rice flour, green chili, onion, cumin, coriander leaves, salt, asafoetida well
  • Add water little by little and make a dough, similar to chapatti dough but a little soft
  • Divide the dough into equal balls with approximate size of ping pong ball
  • Grease oil on a dosa pan
  • Take a ball of dough and spread with hand into a thin layer over the greased dosa pan
  • Heat the dosa pan in medium flame and close it with a lid
  • Cook both sides for about 2~3min
  • Cool the dosa pan in running water and repeat the same for all the dough balls
  • Serve hot with chutney
