Ingredients
  

  • 1 nos Carrot / காரெட் - grated
  • 2 cup Wheat flour (atta)
  • 100 ml Oil / எண்ணெய்
  • ½ tsp Salt / உப்பு - adjust to your taste
  • 1 tsp Red Chili powder / மிளகாய்த் தூள் - adjust to your spice level
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder / மஞ்சள் தூள்
  • 1 tbsp Garam Masala powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder / மல்லித் தூள்
  • 1 tsp Ajwain seed
  • 2 tbsp Coriander leaves, Fresh / கொத்தமல்லி - finely chopped

Instructions
 

  • Mix ajwain, red chili powder, garam masala powder, coriander powder, turmeric, salt, coriander, grated carrot, wheat flour
  • Knead the above into chappati dough
  • Roll into a small chappati, approx 4inch
  • Apply little oil on the surface
  • Fold the chappati and roll it again into a thin paratha
  • Heat a tawa and cook paratha for 1~2min on both sides

Notes

Serve hot with any of curries
