Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Wheat Rava
  • 1 cup Sugar, White / சர்க்கரை, வெள்ளை
  • ½ cup Coconut, Dry Grated
  • 4 tbsp Milk / பால்
  • 20 gm Cashew nut / முந்திரிப் பருப்பு
  • 20 gm Raisin
  • 5 tbsp Ghee / நெய்

Instructions
 

  • Heat 1tsp of ghee in a pan
  • Roast cashew and raisins and keep aside
  • Roast rava in remaining ghee
  • Add dry coconut and roast further
  • Add roasted cashew nut, raisins
  • Add milk and mix well
  • Make balls of TT ball size
  • Store it in a cool dry place

Notes

Note:
* If you need more shelf life, do not add coconut and milk, but add another 2tbsp of ghee
