Mango, raw / மாங்காய்

Red Chili powder / மிளகாய்த் தூள்

Instructions
Mix cut raw mango, red chili powder, asafoetida, salt thoroughly
Heat oil in a pan
Add mustard and allow it to splutter
Pour it into the mango mix and mix thoroughly
Dry roast fenugreek
Grind it into a coarse powder
Add ground fenugreek into pickle and give it a mix
Store it in an air tight container and in a cool dry place
