Ingredients
  

  • 1 nos Mango, raw / மாங்காய் - cut into small pieces
  • 2 tsp Red Chili powder / மிளகாய்த் தூள் - adjust to your spice level
  • 1 tsp Salt / உப்பு - adjust to your taste
  • 1 pinch Asafetida / பெருங்காயம்
  • 1 tsp Fenugreek seed / வெந்தயம்
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Oil / நல்லெண்ணெய்
  • 1 tsp Mustard seed / கடுகு

Instructions
 

  • Mix cut raw mango, red chili powder, asafoetida, salt thoroughly
  • Heat oil in a pan
  • Add mustard and allow it to splutter
  • Pour it into the mango mix and mix thoroughly
  • Dry roast fenugreek
  • Grind it into a coarse powder
  • Add ground fenugreek into pickle and give it a mix
  • Store it in an air tight container and in a cool dry place
