Instructions
Fry cashew and raisin separately with a little amount of ghee and keep aside
Boil water in a kettle
Add the remaining ghee and fry sooji
Once water started boiling, pour it little by little and stir sooji such that it does not form lumps
Stir well for 2-3min
Once sooji cooked well add sugar and again stir thoroughly
Add pineapple paste to Kesari and mix thoroughly
Finally, add fried cashew and raisin
Garnish with saffron
Pour hot ghee (100ml) before and serve hot
