Knead wheat flour with 2tbsp of ghee into a soft dough
Allow it to rest for about 30min
Divide the dough into 8 ~10 pieces
Take a piece and roll like a thin chapatti, as thin as possible
Spread 2tsp of ghee over the chapatti
Fold it into ½inch flaps, similar to paper fan
Roll it into a spiral
Roll this into 6~7inch diameter
Cook the paratha in a hot tawa, applying oil on both sides
Serve hot with any gravies
