Heat oil in a pan
Add mustard and allow it to splutter
Add chana dhal, urad dhal and fry until golden brown
Add green chili, curry leaves and fry well
Add onion and sauté well
Add salt, asafoetida and mix well
Add plantain stem and mix thoroughly
Closed cook for about 10min
Add coriander leaves and mix well
Add curd and mix thoroughly
Garnish with more coriander leaves and serve
