Pressure cook soaked peas for 2~3 whistles
Crush ginger, green chili, fennel seeds, clove into coarse paste
Heat sesame oil, temper mustard, channa dhal , urad dhal and fry well
Add curry leaves and fry a little
Add crushed masala and fry well
Add chopped onion and fry until translucent
Add asafoetida, salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder and mix well
Add thinly chopped carrot, chopped coconut and mix well
Add chopped mango and mix well
Add cooked peas, mix and cook for about 2min
Garnish with coriander
