Ingredients
  

  • 1 bunch Coriander leaves, Fresh / கொத்தமல்லி
  • 1 tbsp Urad Dhal / உளுத்தம் பருப்பு
  • 1 inch ball Tamarind / புளி
  • ½ tsp Mustard seed / கடுகு
  • 5 - 6 nos Red Chili, Dry / வற மிளகாய்
  • 1 tsp Salt / உப்பு - adjust to your taste

Instructions
 

  • Dry roast urad dhal, mustard, tamarind, dry red chili
  • Add coriander leaves, allow it to wilt
  • Allow it to cool
  • Grind into a coarse paste
  • Add salt and mix well
  • Store in an airtight container
