Rasa Vadai
Ingredients
- 12 nos Medu Vadai / மெது வடை
- 750 ml Paruppu Rasam / பருப்பு ரசம்
Instructions
- First, make rasam by referring to the method of preparing Paruppu Rasam
- Then make vadai by referring to the method of preparing Medu Vadai
- Dip the hot vadai into hot Rasam and allow it to soak
- Serve hot by garnishing coriander leaves and curry leaves on top of it
